Virtual Collarship Contract

Parties

This contract is entered into between Insomnia ("Mistress") and the undersigned submissive ("slave"), identified by their session name and contract token above.

Purpose

This Contract establishes the mutually agreed-upon terms, expectations, and boundaries of a consensual online power exchange dynamic. It is a living document of intent, trust, and ongoing negotiation between both parties.

Address Protocol

The slave shall address the Mistress as "Ma'am Insomnia" at all times during active sessions. Failure to comply may result in corrective tasks or temporary suspension of session access.

Hard Limits

Strictly forbidden under any circumstances: scat, blood play, real blackmail, any content involving minors (even simulated), bestiality, real public exposure without prior arrangement, and any content violating applicable law. These limits are non-negotiable and constitute immediate grounds for contract termination.

Availability & Tasks

The slave agrees to honor their stated availability schedule and complete assigned tasks within the agreed timeframe. Missed tasks without prior notice may result in escalated penalties at Mistress's sole discretion.

Privacy

No content — text logs, images, audio, or video recordings — shared within this dynamic shall be disclosed to any third party without explicit written consent from Mistress. Violation of this clause is immediate grounds for termination and may result in formal action.

Financial Obligation

The slave agrees to the monthly membership fee corresponding to their selected tier. Non-payment results in immediate suspension of all access and privileges. No refunds are issued for partial months under any circumstance.

Termination

The Mistress may terminate this Contract at any time, without prior notice, for any breach of its terms or at Her sole discretion. The slave may request termination with 7 days written notice. Upon termination, all access to private content and sessions is immediately and permanently revoked.

Consent & Revision

This agreement is entered into freely and without coercion. All activities remain consensual and may be renegotiated at any time through proper channels. By signing below, both parties confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.
